EDIT: added a part about fixing too bright skintones!

Here it is, the first part of the long-awaited watercolour tutorial. Next part will cover the painting of skin itself but before that I felt I needed to explain a little bit about mixing the colours, too. I had understood from my watchers (oh you guys, you're awesome!) that there was some demand for this so I hope it'll satisfy your interests for a while! :D Stay tuned for the next parts, I'll make sure they're up soon enough!

This is going to help a lot..!

And yes, I agree: you never want to go with too bright (and basic) a color to mix with skin tones...
